As seen in this exclusive peek at “Task Force Twilight” #5, being a registered hero in the “City of Heroes” is not just about kicking butt and taking names. Good guys still need to build a case against the criminals, especially when the criminals are corrupt and abusive cops.
And as the more experienced hero Elite Ice Queen demonstrates, sometimes it’s easier to do the boring stuff without the hero outfits.
Series writer and publisher David 2 says that the character has come a long way from her early years in “The Guardian Powers”.
“When we first saw EIQ, she was stuck-up and entitled. She believed she deserved to work with only the best, and she had to learn that she was already doing that when she began working with members of the Guardians of the Dawn. Now, having been with the Guardians for a few years, she’s having to mentor a younger hero who reminds her of her earlier self, as well as prove that she is more than capable of being an important member of the Task Force.”
“Task Force Twilight” #5 will be online on September 28th.
