“Furia and the Guardians” will be going through a lot of changes with Issue #15… with the most distinct of them being the title.
With Furia sidelined after the one-two encounters between the Sirians in “The Crucible” and the Paragon Police Force in her own comic, her sister-from-another-universe Galatea will be taking center stage.
And she’s going to have her hands full with the arrival of a rather unique villain who is a throwback to the old villains of the 1960’s.
But while she’s doing that, another villain will be making her return.
Jen Glamour was first seen in the text-only story “Battle of the Jens” as the primadonna villain to the noble Jenny Star, who would later become the butt-kicking J-Star. At the end of that story, her future is left open. With “Furia and the Guardians” #15, you’ll see just where she ended up.
She won’t be the only one making their appearance in the issue either. The ultra-conservative “Reverend Neo-Con” will be first seen in this issue, along with an interesting gentleman who will be known to a few people in Guardian Base. If you think that Garry Becker was a partisan hack, wait until you see what the “Reverend” has to say!
“(Galatea) and the Guardians” #15 is tentatively scheduled to be available online on May 27th.
