Who is she, you wonder?
Well Miss Cynthia Regina is a graduate from one of the most prestige specialty schools in the area. She is well-read in her particular specialization and comes highly recommended.

Well we can say that Miss Cynthia Regina comes from a very long and successful family, each of them having a certain “gift” that they excel at.

We can say that she considers herself the best at what she does. In fact, she places herself in the top-of-the-top. Whether or not she actually is that good, she certainly wants you to believe it.
She believes she is… dare we say… “Elite” in her own way?
Yes, we believe we can say that!
We can also say that she is someone that certain people have been asking about and wondering when and how she will make her appearance in this series. Well soon those people will wonder no more.
