Change is coming…

If our most recent poll is any indication, people are looking for something different… and a little familiar.

Fortunately, if you saw our the little “Christmas present”, you might figure out that change IS coming.

Something different… and a little familiar.

Of course this won’t happen until after the “Psilence of Conscience” storyline in “Future’s Guardian” is completed, which it will on Issue #12.

And fans of our Millennium City Guardian should take heart, because Future’s Guardian will not be cancelled after Issue #12.  It just will be taking a back burner while the “new project” is going on.  But there are still stories being worked on for it, and more heroes just waiting to step into the spotlight; one of whom you will see at the end of Issue #12.

But for those of you eager to see that “something different… and a little familiar”, I think you will like what we have in store for you.  It won’t answer all of your prayers, but it should remind you of those better days.

Ever since he made his debut in Issue 6, people wondered just how far The Nationalist will go in advancing his ultra-conservative agenda.

Already he was implicated in several explosions, including the attack on WCOT radio.  He confronted Elite Ice and sent her to the hospital, and he got the ire of Galatea Future, forcing her to confront him during a live television interview.

So just how far will he go?  And can anyone really stop him?

To find out, you’re going to have to wait until October 15th, when Issue #8 of “Future’s Guardian” goes online!

Future’s Guardian Issue 8 Moved To October 15th

The next issue of “Future’s Guardian” has been moved to an October 15th release date.

The move comes as part of writer/creator/editor David 2’s schedule change from a 30/31-day to a 45(ish)-day release.

David 2 explains:

“I have certain obligations that right now are keeping me from dedicating all of my time and focus into this project.  In addition, I’ve been working on a certain project that has been eating up some of my remaining time.  So instead of trying to rush the next issue out, I decided to adjust the release schedule to give myself more time to give both activities the attention they deserve.”

“I think people will like what I’ve been working on, both here and with the eventual project when I’m able to talk about it.  In fact, some readers might recognize a few images in this issue.”

Adjusting for the new schedule, Issue 8 of “Future’s Guardian” is set to be released on October 15th, with Issue 9 tentatively set for December 1st, and Issue 10 for January 15th of 2014.  This is, however, all still subject to change.
